| How our MBA students are uniquely trained to develop Managerial competencies? In order to provide full value to the recruiting Companies, OHIO faculty have undertaken an intensive workshop series, specially designed to sharpen the managerial competencies of the students. This initiative is expected to enable OHIO MBAs to perform from the day one in their respective career roles. The Managerial Competencies Program (MCP) Workshop series provides soft skills training necessary to succeed in a job scenario. The students have gone through a process of self discovery in understanding their career goals, strengths, areas of improvement, and preference of industry verticals. The interactive MCP workshop series has focused on many key areas that are critical in launching a successful career. Students have been assessed periodically and their overall performances in the MCP workshop have been evaluated. Students only with satisfactory results are declared eligible for Campus Placements during the current placement season. |
