| The method of evaluation at OHIO University MBA Program is of the American pattern. Instead of testing the merits of each student based on a single performance at the end of the program, student performance is assessed both on an individual and group level throughout the duration of the program. |
|
| |
Group projects enable students to work together, analyze problems, decide how to solve them and then submit a report or presentation for the whole group. |
| |
Evaluation is based on various components, including research projects, individual/team assignments, quizzes and examinations. Areas tested include presentation skills, leadership and analytical skills. Apart from providing a variety of evaluation criteria, this method also achieves the objective of inculcating regular habits of study and learning in the students. |
| |
Students are expected to maintain a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 or "B" grade in Phase One, in order to advance to Phase Two of the program. In order to graduate from the MBA program, students must maintain an overall GPA of 3.0 and may not accumulate more than six credit hours of "C" grade or below in Phase Two. |

Given the rigorous evaluation methodology of the program, it goes without saying that the students who graduate successfully offer the very best of managerial talent to prospective employers. |
