OHIO University Christ College Academy for Management Education has partnered with M/s Ladder Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd, a leading HR Firm in India, that coordinates recruitment activities in Bangalore and other office locations across India.

Select students constitute a Placement Cell and work towards placements in tandem with M/s Ladder Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd. Companies are invited to the campus every year to make a pre-placement presentation and conduct their recruitment activity. The employers include leading employers from the Media and Entertainment, IT and Hi-Tech, FMCG, Banking & Finance and Telecom sectors. We encourage the presence of employers on campus throughout the year to nurture our relationship with the corporate world.

Audio and Video conferencing facility is available on campus for recruiters who wish to interview our candidates through phone or video-conference.
